ambiance good / food terrible
We stopped in for dinner and drinks on a Monday evening.
The prices were fair, about what you would expect.
The drink menu left quite a bit to be desired. No Mojito, no Cosmos, no martini's; not up to par. I ordered meal that came with a salad. Evidently dressing is not an option. My entre was hospital bland. There was not a salt and pepper shaker on the table and I had to request them. Salt and pepper really didn't help salvage it. My wife ordered a chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was over cooked. The edges of the chicken were burnt and what wasn't charred was dry. Go for the esthetics and beer but eat somewhere else first.

The worst $40 lunch I ever had, it started of good with a smoked salmon appetizer and then went down hill real fast. Bangers and mash turned out to be roast beef that had been cooking for days that was so dry it was like eating paper, along with some kind of sausage that had also had been cooked way too long and some mashed potatoes which were ok. The wife had Caesar salad with chicken. The chicken was way overcooked an also very dry. The romaine lettuce was in big chunks and had to be chopped up a lot to get it down to bite size pieces. In the bottom of the colander in which it was served in were chunks of some kind of dried meat that defies description and had no taste. This was my first and last stop at Ragland Road.
