Much has happened since the this thread was first started. The graphics are out of date and don’t portray the final design. Believe me, I was the one who made the renderings. Even more importantly, I would check out the plans for the screening of the KCPL substation on 2nd Street your new street. Bids for the project were this week. It’s nice to see that there are people out there who care about this undertaking aside from the developers. I hope you guys enjoy.

I noticed that the homeless panhandlers are missing from the concept drawings. I hope future drawings will reflect what the area will really look like.
