		<description>Much has happened since the this thread was first started.  The graphics are out of date and don&#039;t portray the final design.  Believe me, I was the one who made the renderings.  Even more importantly, I would check out the plans for the screening of the KCPL substation on 2nd Street your new street. Bids for the project were this week.  It&#039;s nice to see that there are people out there who care about this undertaking aside from the developers.  I hope you guys enjoy.
